Dear Don:
Please allow this letter to serve as a request to extend the contract for EIAF#7304 for the
new four lane Cache La Poudre Bridge project from December 31, 2014, to July 31, 2015.
The project is behind schedule because of the September 2013 floods. A contractor has
been selected and notice to proceed has been issued. The project kick-off date was
August 18, 2014, and it is currently under construction.
Once again, thanks for your help on this project. If you need more information or have
