Attached is the Board of Director Oath of Office for Mr. Dustan Flanagan. Mr.
Flanagan is replacing Mr. Thomas C. Hamblin as the Director representing Ward 1 of
the Frederick-Firestone Fire Protection District. Mr. Hamblin resigned from the Board
of Directors on November 1, 2013 and Mr. Flanagan took the Oath of Office on
