WHEREAS, pursuant to Section3-8 (4) (c) of the Weld
County Home Rule Charter, it shall be the duty of the Board
of County Commissioners to appoint the department heads of
county offices, departments and divisions, and
WHEREAS, the Board has determined it to be in the best
interest of Weld County to appoint a Director of Youth Service
Bureau. It has been recommended that Tom Pumphrey be appointed
as Director of Youth Service Bureau.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that Tom Pumphrey be,
and he hereby is appointed as Director of Youth Service Bureau;
and that Mr. Pumphrey serve in this capacity at the pleasure
of the Board.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion
duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote this
2nd day of January, 1976.
