Dallam and Helen Jeanne Dallam, husband and wife, Brighton, Colorado, and more particularly described as follows: The South Half of the Northwest Quarter (SZ NW4) of Section 19, Township 1 North, Range 65 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Weld County, Colorado, more particularly described as: Beginning at the Southwest corner said South Half Northwest O Quarter (SZ NW4); thence North 89 53'15" East on an assumed bearing along the South line said South Half Northwest Quarter (Si- NW4) a distance of 2654. 70 feet to the Southeast corner said South Half Northwest Quarter (Sf NW4); thence North 00°37'17" East along the East line said South Half Northwest Quarter (SZ NW4) a distance of 1322. 57 feet to the Northeast corner said South Half Northwest Quarter (SZ NW4); thence South 89°57'00" West along the North line said South Half Northwest Quarter (SZ NW4) a distance of 2658. 05 feet to the Northwest corner said South Half Northwest Quarter (Sf NW4); thence South 00°28'30" West along the West line said South Half Northwest Quarter (Sf NW4) a distance of 1325. 44 feet to the point of beginning, containing 80. 736 acres, more or less, does not come within the purview of the definition of the terms "subdivision" and "subdivided lands" as set forth in 1973 C. R. S. 30-28-101 (10), as amended, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Weld, State of Colorado, has studied the request of the petitioner and studied the recommendations of the Weld County Planning Commission, and having been fully informed, now desires to exempt this particular division of land pursuant to its authority under 1973 C. R. S. 30-28-101 (10) (d), as amended. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the hereinabove de- scribed tract of land owned by George R. Dallam and Helen Jeanne Dallam, husband and wife, Brighton, Colorado, be exempted from the definition of the terms "subdivision" and "subdivided lands" as provided for in the new Weld County Subdivision Regulations at Section 2-1, A. , (3) adopted August 30, 1972.
