Dear Don:
Please allow this letter to serve as a request to extend the contract for EIAF #7214 for the
CR 49 (Phase 1B) project from October 31, 2014, to October 31, 2015. The project is
behind schedule because of the September 2013 floods. A contractor has been selected
and notice to proceed has been issued. The project kick-off date was August 18, 2014,
and it is currently under construction.
Once again, thanks for your help on this project. If you need more information or have
questions, please do not hesitate to contact Elizabeth Relford, Engineering Supervisor, at
