BOCC Approval Date: July 16, 2014
Bids were received and opened on June 25, 2014 for EMC Data Domain and VNX
Hardware and Services. Four (4) bids were received ranging from $211,083.33 to
$533,987.52. Attached is the bid tabulation for your information.
The Information Technology staff reviewed all of the bids. All bids met the required
specs. The low bid in the amount of$211,083.33 was received from ISC out of
Englewood, CO and is the most advantageous to the County.
EMC Data Domain and VNX are hardware devices directly related to storage of county
information, virtual servers, and backup data.
With the above information, I recommend the board award the EMC Data Domain and
VNX Hardware and Software to ISC for a total amount of$211,083.33.
