This letter shall serve to advise each of you as members of the Board of County
Commissioners of the County of Weld that on Monday, December 29 , 1975 the
Honorable Robert A. Behrman granted the Plaintiffs in the above entitled proceedings
20 days from December 29 , 1975 in which to file an Amended Complaint.
As of this date I have not as yet received a copy of the Amended Complaint. As soon
as a copy of the Amended Complaint has been received, I will submit a copy to each
of you for your examination and review as to the specific items which the Plaintiffs
are now contesting as being invalid or unconstitutional. I will accordingly keep you
advised.
