RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Workforce Development Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Eric Berglund be reappointed to said board as
the Economic Development, Community Based Organization representative, and Dr. Mary
Freitag be reappointed to said board as a Small Business representative, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Eric Berglund and Dr. Mary Freitag
to said board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Eric Berglund and Dr. Mary Freitag be, and hereby are, reappointed to the
Workforce Development Board, each with a term to expire December 31, 2016.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 5th day of March, A.D., 2014.
