After attending the advisory board meeting on April 1, 2014 we would like to encourage you to visit the intersection of this proposed building site (Highway 392 and Weld County Road 33) before the April 16, 2014 meeting. After listening to comments from the planning commissioners it was apparent that those individuals on the advisory board that had visited the intersection personally during peak hours voted "no" on the proposal. We feel it would be beneficial for you to see the traffic congestion currently at this intersection, as well as how close the proposed site is to the existing residential homes in the area, including ours. Our family has many concerns, and we are against the structuring of this building. We have small children who will be starting school in the fall. Having a large new facility will increase traffic and threaten the safety of children in this area. We moved to this location because it was a rural area, and we enjoy the beautiful view of the farmlands and the mountains. Bringing Bill Barrett Corporations building near our home will destroy everything we love about this area. Approving one corporation will just welcome many more. We arc putting our health, safety, and environment at risk, and we strongly object to this proposal. Please consider and respect our pleas of disapproval. Respectfully, ,-y?
