We have concerns we would like to address with you prior to the public hearing next week. 1. Concerns about GrowGreen permanently designating any acreage as "commercial". Sharing a driveway with businesses has significantly decreased our home value and our property is now proven "undesirable" for resale. Solution - No section of property shall be designated as "Commercial", the permit should be specific to your current business situation (GrowGreen) and the USR shall be relinquished with a new owner or if you move or no longer reside at the residence. 2. Increased business traffic has created a lack of privacy for our personal space and continues to create excessive dust and noise. Solution - The installation of a privacy fencing on our property may alleviate some of the inconvenience and impact. 3. How can employee access times stated in your request be enforced? Specified access times aren't realistic and not currently the business access times. Days of the week for access are not stated. What about in winter months when plowing activities are in full swing and come and go at all hours? Solution - The privacy fence would also help with this concern. Additionally, update the permit request to include days of the week (Monday - Friday). 4. Employee access and parking of personal vehicles at your site has not been mentioned. How many vehicles and at what times will they access? How can we be assured these are registered and insured vehicles with drivers having valid drivers licences. Solution - Update the permit request to reflect additional employee vehicles using the private easement and park at the facility, then leave again. Additionally, only licensed/insured drivers be allowed to access GrowGreen via the private easement. We would like to open discussions to find a mutual agreement for solutions of these burdens so we may support your USR request. Best regards, 4. ro X li lt7. 970/214-.0414 EXHIBIT i Hello
