RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING AMENDING FIGURE 24, WELD COUNTY
FUNCTIONAL CLASSIFICATION MAP OF THE 2035 WELD COUNTY
TRANSPORTATION PLAN, AND AMEND CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL FOR USE BY
SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT, USR13-0032 - PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY OF
COLORADO
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a request to Amend Figure 24, Weld
County Functional Classification Map of the 2035 Weld County Transportation Plan, and Amend
Conditions of Approval for Use by Special Review Permit, USR13-0032 - Public Service
Company of Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 19th day of February, 2014, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter one week to allow Dennis
Hoshiko adequate time to reliably ascertain the status of the current right-of-way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to February 26,
2014, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 19th day of February, A.D., 2014.
