RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO REGIONAL COMMUNICATIONS ADVISORY
BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Regional Communications Advisory Board,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Carl Harvey be reappointed as the Police
Zone 2 representative, that Brian Eckstine and Hugh Kane be reappointed as the Fire Zone A
representatives, and Scott Wagner be reappointed to said board as the Fire Zone C
representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint the aforementioned to said board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Carl Harvey, Brian Eckstine, Hugh Kane, and Scott Wagner, be, and
hereby re, reappointed to the Regional Communications Advisory Board, with terms to expire
December 31, 2016.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 5th day of March, A.D., 2014.
