RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF INTERIM DIRECTOR OF FINANCE AND
ADMINISTRATION AND DIRECTOR OF BUDGET AND MANAGEMENT ANALYSIS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on January 9, 2014, the Board of Weld County Commissioners accepted the
resignation of Monica Daniels-Mika and deemed it advisable to appoint Donald D. Warden to the
position of Interim Director of Finance and Administration, effective as of January 9, 2014.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by Board of Weld County Commissioners that,
effective January 9, 2014, Donald D. Warden be, and hereby is, appointed the Interim Director of
Finance and Administration, in addition to his position of Director of Budget and Management
Analysis.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 13th day of January, A.D., 2014, nunc pro tunc January 9, 2014.
