Dear Mr. Beland:
The Solid Waste Unit of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, Hazardous
Materials and Waste Management Division (the "Division") has conducted a review of the Financial
Assurance compliance for the CH2E Colorado, LLC. The Financial Assurance Submittal was reviewed
for compliance with Section 1 .8 of the Regulations Pertaining to Solid Waste Sites and Facilities, 6
CCR 1007-2 (the "Regulations"). As a result from the Division's review and analysis, the Division
hereby approves CH2E Colorado, LLC' s 2013 Financial Assurance mechanism.
The Division is authorized to bill for its financial assurance review pursuant to Section 1 .7 of the
Regulations, and an invoice will be transmitted under separate cover. If you have any questions
