RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF TERRY WEBER TO ISLAND GROVE PARK
ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Island Grove Park Advisory Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Terry Weber be appointed to said board as a
representative, to replace Eileen McGaughey, with a term to expire March 1, 2017, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Terry Weber to said board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Terry Weber be, and hereby is, appointed to the Island Grove Park
Advisory Board, with a term to expire March 1, 2017.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 24th day of March, A.D., 2014.
