RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT OF MATTHEW BRIAN SKAGGS TO 911 EMERGENCY
TELEPHONE SERVICE AUTHORITY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the 911 Emergency Telephone Service
Authority Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Matthew Brian Skaggs be reappointed to said
board as the Law Enforcement County appointee, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Matthew Brian Skaggs to said
board, with a term to expire January 12, 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Matthew Brian Skaggs be, and hereby is, reappointed to the 911
Emergency Telephone Service Authority Board, with a term to expire January 12, 2016.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 5th day of March, A.D., 2014.
