SUBJECT: WELD COUNTY INTAKE AND CLASSIFICATION UNIT
#77-AGE-10C-(1)-C2-119
The above said grant application was presented before the State Council
on Criminal Justice on August 25, 1978, and was in substance approved by
the Council .
However, the Council has attached the following Special Conditions: That
the Weld County Sheriff's Department complete an acceptable EEO Plan by
May 15, 1979.
Pursuant to State Council on Criminal Justice policy, the operational
project director and the operational finance officer must attend the
pregrant award conference. This conference will be held in Room 18-29
of the State Centennial Building (1313 Sherman Street, Denver) on September
11, 1978 at 10:00 A.M. for discussion of: subgrant administration,
financial reporting, accounting procedures, program implementation and
program evaluation.
Attendance at this conference is mandatory before funds are awarded and
distributed to this project.
We will be looking forward to meeting you at the pregrant award con-
ference and working closely with you in the future.
