RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENT TO NOXIOUS WEED
MANAGEMENT ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancies currently exist on the Noxious Weed Management Advisory
Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Judy Noel be appointed to said board as a
representative, to replace Dennis Drake, and it has been recommended that David
Droegemueller be reappointed, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Judy Noel to said board, and to
reappoint David Droegemueller, each with a term to expire August 19, 2016..
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Judy Noel and David Droegemueller be, and hereby appointed and
reappointed, respectively, to the Noxious Weed Management Advisory Board, with terms to
expire, August 19, 2016.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 5th day of February, A.D., 2014.
