RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 4-3 (A) (3) of the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, the Board of Public Health shall consist of nine (9) members,
six to be appointed from geographic districts as established by the Board of
County Commissioners in Resolution dated February 18, 1976, and three (3)
to be appointed from the county at large, and
WHEREAS, the Board, after much research and deliberation, has
determined it to be in the best interests of the county to appoint representa-
tives to the Board of Public Health as follows, to-wit:

At Large Ralph Aab, Greeley 1978
At Large Dr. David Werking, Greeley 1979
and
WHEREAS, said terms of representatives shall expire
on May 23rd of the year specified.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that the representatives herein-
above mentioned be, and they hereby are appointed to serve on the Board of
Public Health for the term so stated; and that they shall serve at the pleasure
of the Board.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Resolution heretofore passed
on April 26, 1976 pertaining to appointments to said Board of Public Health
be, and it hereby is ordered rescinded and held for naught.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote this 12th day of May, A.D. , 1976.
