RIVERWALK SQUARE, L.L.C., an Oklahoma limited liability company whose legal
address is 3030 East Camelback Road, Phoenix, Arizona of the County of Maricopa
AND State of Arizona as"Grantor"and COUNTY OF WELD, a body corporate and
politic of the State of Colorado as"Grantee":
WITNESSETH,That the Grantor,for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
($10.00), the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted,
bargained,sold and conveyed,and by these presents does grant,bargain,sell,convey and
