Water Supply Information
There is no existing water source for the Cummins Central Water Processing Facility. Noble
will have a restroom facility in the office building. Water for the restroom facility will be
provided via a future commercial well. The well is in the process of being permitted through the
State of Colorado Division of Water Resources. During construction and temporary operations,
bottled water will be provided.
WATER SUPPLY INFORMATION SUMMARY
Section 30.28.133,(d), C.R.S. requires that the applicant submit to the County,Adequate evidence that a water supply that
is sufficient in terms of quantity, quality and dependability will be available to ensure an adequate supply of water.

Sewage Disposal Information
Noble will obtain a permit to install a septic system for their restroom facilities in the office on
the property. During construction and temporary operations at the facility, the plan is to use
portable restrooms. The portable restrooms will have hand washing facilities.
