Specifically I am seeking: • Employee titles,compensation,and reimbursements for the Weld County District Attorney's Office from 2011 to present. • Weld County District Attorney Kenneth R.Buck's yearly salary history, compensation,and total cost of all benefits or payments made in lieu of those benefits,2011-present. • All travel records,including expenses and reimbursements,involving,submitted by or on behalf of Weld County District Attorney Kenneth R.Buck, 2011-present. • All Office expenses,travel expenses or other reimbursements paid to,or behalf of,or submitted by Weld County District Attorney Kenneth R.Buck,2011-present. • Copies of all statements and details of all charges to Weld County District Attorney Kenneth R. Buck's county or state-issued credit card. • Make and models of any and all vehicles assigned to Weld County District Attorney Kenneth R. Buck. • Weld County District Attorney's Office budget requests and expenditures, 2011-present. • All contracts entered into by the Weld County District Attorney's Office,2011-present. I also request that you state the specific legal and factual grounds for withholding any documents or portions of documents,should you withhold any. Please identify each document that falls with scope of this request but is withheld from release. In 2010,we received documents that were entitled "request to mandated costs committee for additional allocation," "quarterly report to the mandated costs committee" and "year-end report to the mandated costs committee." Unless I missed them, I do not believe we received those documents this time, and I was curious about why. Is it because the District Attorney's office did not file any of these documents? Has something changed in the process of how departments in the county request funds?Or did we not use sufficient and proper language to be able to receive these from our request?Certainly happy to file an additional CORA request if that is required.
