Dear Chairman Redemacher:
The Department received the Categorical Excluded Activities Subject to 24 CFR Part 58.5 for the project
listed above and I agree with the conclusion finding no significant impact.
Activities
Rehabilitation
Tenant Based Rental Assistance
Down Payment Assistance
Please note,a Site Specific Checklist(Exhibit IV-E)will need to be included in your project files for
the Rehabilitation projects and a Regulatory Checklist(Exhibit IV-B.1)will need to be included in
your project files for the Down Payment Assistance projects indicating proper consultation for each
property was conducted. All environmental forms can be found at:
www.dola.colorado.qov/environmentalreview. No additional release of fund letters will be required.
The environmental clearance required prior to the execution of your contract is now complete. This
determination applies only to the project listed above. Any other activities you wish to consider as part of
this project must have a separate written release. Please inform the recipients that they are agreeing to
abide by the special conditions, procedures, and requirements of an environmental review and are to
advise the State of any changes in the scope of the project or environmental conditions.
With the receipt of the Release of Funds(ROF) letter,you may now complete the contracting
process with the State for the above activities.

Housing (DOH) on June 10, 2014. Your application will be reviewed by DOH staff during the next several weeks,
during which time you may be contacted for additional information. A copy of this review will be sent to you upon
completion. You will also be notified if you are scheduled to present to the State Housing Board.
Please remember that the State Housing Board recommendation is advisory only. The final denial or award of your
application will be determined after your hearing. The exception to this process is State Housing Development Fund
requests where the State Housing Board decision is final.
