WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 4-4 (B) of the Weld
County Home Rule Charter, the Board of Adjustment shall
consist of nine (9) members, six to be appointed from geo-
graphic districts as established by the Board of County
Commi-sioners in Resolution dated February 18 , 1976, and
three (3) to be appointed from the county at large, and
WHEREAS , the Board, after much research and de-
liberation, has determined it to be in the best interests
of the county to appoint representatives to the Board of
Adjustment as follows, to-wit:

1 Gordon Lacy, Ault 1977
2 Bob Hogan, Windsor 1978
Sam Rank, Greeley 1976
5 -Pat Thomas, Johnstown 1977
6 Ray Sarchet, Fort Lupton 1976
At Large Ted Funk, Greeley 1976
at Large Robert Seyfried, Greeley 1977
At Large Frank Stewart, Platteville 1977
-and
WHEREAS , said terms of representatives shall expire
on December 31st of the year specified.
NOW, THEREFORE, BF IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that the representatives
hereinabove mentioned be, and they hereby are appointed to
serve on the Board of Adjustment for the term so stated; and
that they shall serve at the pleasure of the Board.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion
duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote this
26th day of April, A. D. , 1976.
