RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING REQUEST TO WAIVE LATE FEE,
APPROVE RENEWAL APPLICATION FOR TAVERN LIQUOR LICENSE FROM
VIPER 2, INC., DBA BORDERLINE, AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN - EXPIRES
SEPTEMBER 7, 2015
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a renewal application for a Tavern
Liquor License, for the sale of malt, vinous and spirituous liquors, submitted on October 1, 2014,
after the expiration date of September 7, 2014, for Viper 2, Inc., dba Borderline, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 3rd day of November, 2014, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter one week to allow Viper 2,
Inc., dba Borderline, to be present.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
November 10, 2014, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 3rd day of November, A.D., 2014.
