RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF TIME FOR
SUBMITTAL OF FINAL PLAN FOR CHANGE OF ZONE, PZ #1071, FOR ADLER
ESTATES PUD - MEAD CROSSINGS, LLC
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a request concerning an extension of
time for submittal of final plan for Change of Zone, PZ#1071, for the Adler Estates PUD For
Mead Crossings, LLC, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 24th day of November, 2014, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to allow staff adequate time to
review additional information in support of said extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to December 8,
2014, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 24th day of November, A.D., 2014.
