RE: Communications Tower and Site Lease Agreement dated September 30,
1998, by and between Weld County Regional Communications Center("Lessor"
or "Landlord")and Sprint Spectrum Realty Company, LP, as successor in interest
to US West Wireless,LLC("Sprint" or"Lessee" or"Tenant"),as amended by
First Amendment to Communications Tower and Site Lease Agreement dated
April 16,2007,with respect to the property located at 16509 WCR 100,Nunn,
CO("Site"),Cascade No. WY64XC011.
Subject: Notice of Work Activity--Courtesy Notice
To Whom It May Concern:
This notification letter is being issued to you as a courtesy to inform you that
Sprint Nextel will be undertaking maintenance work in and around its premises
that is located on your property. Certain Sprint Nextel authorized vendors,will be
performing this work on Sprint Nextel's behalf.
Sprint will be pulling fiber to the Sprint leased areas, which fiber connection falls
within the grant of rights for easements under the terms of the Site Agreement.
This work will be performed in full compliance with the Site Agreement. If you
have any questions about this activity, please do not hesitate to contact me at the
address or number listed below.
