No. ..1243-72Q Mary Mn Feuerstein, Recorder RESOLUTION RE: APPROVAL OF CORRECTED RESOLUTION TO SHOW ACCURATE LEGAL DESCRIPTION, SUBDIVISION EXEMPTION NO. 52 - COAKLEY COWHERD. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and °' WHEREAS, on the 19th day of December, 1977, at a regularly 0 scheduled meeting of the Board of County Commissioners, said Board did approve Subdivision Exemption No. 52 for Coakley Cowherd, and - WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board t of County Commissioners by the Department of Planning Services, that an error was made in the legal description for said Sub- division Exemption, and WHEREAS, in order to properly correct said legal description, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable to approve this Resolution, said corrected legal description being more particulary described as follows: Part of the Southwest Quarter (SW of Section 28, Township 6 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, being more particu- larly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest Corner (SW Cor) of said Section 28, and considering the West line of the SW4 of said Section 28, as bearing North 00°00'00" East, with all other bearings contained herein relative thereto; Thence North 00°00'00" East, along said West line, 539.37 feet; Thence North 90°00'00" East, 30.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning; Thence continuing North 90°00'00" East, 248.00 feet; Thence North 00°00'00" East, 309.00 feet; Thence North 85°26'46" West, 113.40 feet; Thence South 90°00'00" West, 135.00 feet; Thence South 00°00'00" West, 318.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning. Said described parcel of land contains 1.799 acres, more or less, and is subject to any rights-of-way or other easements as recorded by instruments of record or as now existing on said described parcel of land. WHEREAS, it is understood that all other portions of the Resolution of December 19 , 1977 are correct and in full force and effect. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Board does approve 780844 f cool( 1743722 822 the corrected legal description regarding Subdivision Exemption No. 52 fo Coakley Cowherd, which is set forth above. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners that all other portions of the Resolution dated December 19 , 1977 be, and hereby remain in full force and effect.
