Submitted herewith are the costs for 1,300 foot line extension and setting a 5/8"meter on WCR 38 between 23 &25: 5/8"Meter $20,500.00 Line Extension $29,792.00 C.I.F Credit ($6,000.00) Total Due $44,292.00 Before proceeding with the infrastructure,the above"Total Due"will have to be paid in advance,and the appropriate documentation completed for your application for water service. The District requires a 30 day notice for a tap installation. The cost estimate and availability of service is good for 30 days. Please note that it is your responsibility to contact Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District at 800- 369-7246 for petitioning confirmation into the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District and the Subdistrict of Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District(Windy Gap). Central Weld cannot issue a tap until all requirements are satisfied This is in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District An easement will also be required for this line extension. New service will have to meet the criteria stated in the Water Shortage Contingency Plan adopted by the Board on June 20,2002. Due to the rapid cost increase of raw water,existing tap fees may not apply for water service to this property. The District will not notify, by separate letter,any prospective landowners or land purchasers of tap fee or line extension cost increases.Pursuant to District policy,the Tap Fee and/or Capital Improvement Fee will have to be paid in advance to the District by the prospective customer. It is understood and agreed that the Board of Directors of the Subdistrict will attempt to obtain and maintain judioal or administrative approval of a plan for augmentation.substitute Supply Plan or Other operating plan,in order to enable Petitioner to operate the wells described above in accordance with the rules and regulations of the State Engineer governing well pumping,and the laws of the State of Colorado. The Board of Directors of the Subdistrict do not guarantee that the Petitioner will have the continued and unrestricted use of wet wafer. The Subdistrict Mil use its best efforts to obtain and maintain a plan for augmentation,substitute supply plan or other operating plan in order to assist the Petitioner in the continued use of went water and will lake such actions as deemed proper by the Board of Directors to promote and protect said plans.If necessary,Petitioner agrees to Curtail his or her well pumping ld the extent ordered by the Board of Directors of the Ground Water Management Subdistrict of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District or the Slate or Division Engineer. 13. The amount of water required is an estimate by the Subdistrict based on condIions at the present time,but Is not binding on the Subdistrict,and is subject to change each year. The State Engineer and Division Engineer,or the Water Court,have the authority to make the final deterMnation as to the amount of water Nat is acceptable and so no estimate by the Subdistrict should be considered binding or find Any person has the right to present their own engineering estimate to the Subdistrict for consideration. 14. Pursuant to§37-45-125(2Nf),C.R.S.,the annual special assessment herein shall become a tax ten upon the lands for which such water is petitioned and allocated. Upon termination of this contract,any unpaid assessment will remain a lien upon the land. 15. The term of this contract shall be for the calendar year beginning January 1 after the signing of this contract,but if replacement water is required during the calendar year the contract is signed,then the term Mal begin im ediatelyupon execution in which event the contract shall expire at the end of the calendar year.The contract shall be automatically renewed each year,if timely payment is made,unless notice in writing is given by either party canceling the contract thirty(30)days prior to the end of the calendar year. 16. It is understood end agreed that the replacement water allotment is made tor the exclusive benefit of the Petitioner's lands and may not be transferred to any lands without the prior written approval of the Board of Directors of said Subdistrict by a new contract. 17.
