PUBLIC NOTICE AND NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
FOR POST-AWARD HEARING
ESPANOLA SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENTS
Weld County will conduct a public hearing at 1150 O Street, Greeley, CO 80631 on June 23, 2014 at the
Board of County Commissioners Meeting . The purpose of the hearing is to allow citizens to review and
comment on the performance of the Weld County in carrying out their Espanola Subdivision
Improvements, which was financed with Federal Community Development Block Grant funds provided by
the State of Colorado.
Written comments are also welcome and must be received by 5:00 PM on June 13, 2014, at 1150 O
Street, Greeley, CO 80631; Attention: Office of the Clerk to the Board. Information and records regarding
the above described project are available at 1150 O Street, CO 80631 during regular office hours.
A public hearing to receive citizen views concerning the community's economic and community
development needs will be held at 9:00 am on June 16, 2014 at 1150 O Street, Greeley, CO 80631. For
information concerning the public hearing contact the Office of the Clerk to the Board, 1150 O Street,
Greeley, CO 80631, (970) 336-7215.
The public hearing is being conducted in a handicapped accessible location. Any handicapped person
requiring an interpreter for the hearing impaired, the visually impaired, non-English speaking or those
needing a Telecommunication Device for Deaf Persons (TDD) should contact Office of the Clerk to the
Board, at least three calendar days prior to the meeting and an interpreter will be provided. In compliance
with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary
communicative aids and services) during these hearings should notify Esther Gesick, Clerk to the Board
at the Weld County Administration Building, 1150 O Street, Greeley, CO 80631 at least three days prior to
the hearing to be attended.
