Our County Attorney requires more information to verify the royalty interest calculation. Can you please provide the
following documents?
Please be advised that as of January 15, 2013,the following information must accompany all division orders which are
submit to Weld County Board of County Commissioners for approval.
1. Copy of applicable lease(s) or reception numbers, including all Exhibits,with Weld County together with any
assignment thereof which documents Weld County's mineral interest, as well as forms the basis of the division
order.

2. Letter sized copy of the plat reflecting the complete spacing unit with Weld County's mineral interest outlined
and highlighted related to the division order. Also please provide all acreage labels necessary to support the
calculations used to arrive at the County's royalty interest.
3. Detailed calculations illustrating how the County's royalty interest was derived.
4. Spud date and expected date of first production.
5. Title opinion pages that refer to Weld County's royalty interest.
If you could email this to me at your earliest convenience,that would be great. I show we have been requesting this
information since October 4th.
