RE: Country Estates, Weld County
Sirs:
We the undersigned residents of Country Estates, would like our services
and laws to be more enforced in this area than they presently are.
Our taxes have gone up at a tremendous percentage over last few years.
We are at a level of Greeley and Denver, but we do not have the county
backing the laws of Weld County.
Some of our complaints are:
1. No mobile homes in the area
2. All houses have to be finalized by the County Inspector and enforced
according to law.
3. No more dogs at a residence than allowed by Weld County regulations.
4. Speed signs on the roads.
All these complaints to be enforced within six months.
