RE: APPROVE REASSIGNMENT, REAPPOINTMENTS, AND APPOINTMENTS TO
JUVENILE COMMUNITY REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Juvenile Community Review Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that John Cordova be reassigned on said board
from 'alternate'to'regular' Citizen representative, that Kim Kinne be reappointed as the Probation
representative, that Dalee McIntosh be reappointed as School District representative and Mark
Romero be reappointed as the School District alternate, that Joe Murphy be appointed as the new
Probation alternate representative, to replace Joe Gerber, each with a term to expire November 1,
2016, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Kyle Ragland be appointed as the new
Human Services representative, to replace Liska Fraser-Williams, with a term expiration of
November 1, 2015, and, lastly, that Darlene Deichert be appointed as the new Division of Youth
Services alternate representative, to replace Dan Fremont, with a term to expire November 1,
2014, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reassign, reappoint and appoint the
aforementioned persons to said board, with terms as listed above.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the aforementioned persons be, and hereby are, reassigned, reappointed
and appointed to the Juvenile Community Review Board, with terms as listed above.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 5th day of March, A.D., 2014.
