RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING PETITION TO VACATE A PORTION OF ALLEY
BETWEEN "O" STREET AND "M" STREET - ALICIA FRANCO DE HERRERA, C/O
CRISTINA LLERENAS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a petition for vacation of a portion of alley
between "O" Street and "M" Street for Alicia Franco De Herrera, do Cristina Llerenas, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 6th day of August, 2014, at which
time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter one week to allow Alicia Franco De
Herrera, do Cristina Llerenas, adequate time to allow her attorney to be present.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to August 13,
2014, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 6th day of August, A.D., 2014.
