RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Affirmative Action Plan,
which was approved and adopted by resolution of the Board
dated September 17 , 1975, the Board of County Commissioners
shall appoint the Affirmative Action Officer and the Equal
Opportunity Employment Officer, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Mr. Barton Buss
be appointed to fill said positions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that Barton Buss be, and
he hereby is appointed as the Affirmative Action Officer and
the Equal Opportunity Employment Officer; and that Mr. Buss
serve in both capacities at the pleasure of the Board.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote this 10th
day of May, 1976.
