RE: APPOINTMENT OF AGNES SCHMERGE TO SERVE ON THE HUMAN SERVICES
COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended to the Board of County
Commissioners that Agnes Schmerge, a Weld County citizen, be
appointed to the Human Services Committee as a representative,
and,
WHEREAS, the term of representation on the Human Services
Committee will expire December 31, 1980.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Agnes Schmerge be, and
hereby is, appointed to the Human Services Committee as a repre-
sentative with her term expiring December 31, 1980.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 10th day of
May, A.D. , 1978 .

The Board of Weld County Commissioners is pleased to inform
you that on May 10, 1978, the Board appointed you to serve
as a member of the Weld County Human Services Committee,
your term to be effective through December 31, 1980.
The agency coordinator for that committee is the Director
of the Social Services Department, Mr. Gene McKenna, whose
office will notify you of meeting dates and agendas. If
you have any questions as to the functioning of the committee,
