RE: AGREEMENT BETWEEN WELD COUNTY AND AFFILIATED BANKS,
SERVICE COMPANY-GREELEY DIVISION OF GREELEY, COLORADO.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the present accounting
system within the Weld County Road and Bridge Department is in need
of revision and change, and
WHEREAS, ABSC is engaged in the commercial activity of computor
data processing and proposes to perform services for Weld County in the
form of Road and Bridge Accounting System for the Weld County Road and
Bridge Department, and
WHEREAS, ABSC has submitted an agreement to perform services
for the Weld County Road and Bridge Department in the form of Road and
Bridge Accounting System, all as set forth on Exhibit A (3 Sections) and
which by reference is made a part hereof, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County,
Colorado, believes it to be in the best interest of the County to enter into
such an agreement on the basis recited therein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that the agreement submitted by
ABSC providing services for Weld County in the form of a complete Road
and Bridge Accounting System, all as set out in said agreement, including
Exhibit A (3 Sections) copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof by reference, be,and it hereby is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board be, and it hereby is
authorized, to execute the agreement as submitted and to make the same
effective forthwith.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 2nd day of April, A, D. ,
1975.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, Made and entered into this 2nd
day of April , 197 5, by and between AFFILIATED
BANKS SERVICE COMPANY-GREELEY DIVISION OF GREELEY,
COLORADO, hereinafter referred to as ABSC, and THE COUNTY
OF WELD OF THE STATE OF COLORADO, A Political Subdivision,
hereinafter referred to as Weld,
WITNESSETH, THAT:
WHEREAS, ABSC is engaged in the commerical activity of
computer data processing and proposes to perform services for
Weld in the form of Road and Bridge Accounting System for the Weld
County Road and Bridge Office, which is set forth on Exhibit A, and
which by reference is made a part hereof, and,
WHEREAS, Weld desires to employ the services of ABSC
for such purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises
and covenants of the parties as are hereinafter contained, and for the
further consideration hereinafter stated, it is understood and agreed
as follows:
1. ABSC hereby agrees to perform the services as are set
forth in detail on Exhibit A, attached hereto and by reference made
a part hereof and for the costs therein specified, for a period of one
year commencing January 1, 1975.
2, Weld employs ABSC for the services to be performed as
set forth on Exhibit A and agrees to pay ABSC the cost as are there-
in specified.
3. It if further and finally understood and agreed that this
Agreement is for a term of one year, as is hereinabove specified.
The parties acknowledge that if ABSC is to continue services in
behalf of Weld beyond January 1, 1976, it will be necessary for the
parties to commence negotiations for a new agreement no later than
October 1, 1975. This agreement may be termininated at any time
by either party by providing the other with one hundred eighty (180)
days written notice.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have hereunto
subscribed their hands on the day nad year first above written.

EXHIBIT A
WELD COUNTY ROAD AND BRIDGE
1975 Processing Costs
RUN COST
NORMAL MONTHLY PROCESSING WOULD INCLUDE AS FOLLOWS:
1. Process all input transactions, performing full error
checking and edit control steps, twice each month,
three times for December year end.
2. Print the Division Expenditure Analysis monthly.
3. Print the Project Expenditure Analysis monthly.
4. Print the Equipment Cost and Usage Charge Analysis
monthly on all equipment active that period.
5. Print the Fuel and Equipment Repair Cost Detail Listing
monthly.
6. Print the Equipment User Charges Distribution Detail
monthly.
7. Print a Monthly Transaction List for material, employee
time and equipment.
8. Print the General Fixed Asset List semiannually and upon
request one (1) additional time in each calendar year.
The monthly processing cost will be $400. 00.

THE ONE-TIME CONVERSION COST TO CREATE THE INTRA-
GOVERNMENTAL AGENCY REPORTS, ITEMS 4, 5, and 6 ABOVE,
IS AS FOLLOWS:

Program to update the equipment file
and print reports 670. 00
Total one-time cost $1,250. 00
EXHIBIT A
TIME OF PERFORMANCE
All cards shall be delivered by Weld within five (5) working
days after the end of the period, twice monthly, the 15th and the
end of the month.
ABSC shall have the reports ready for pickup within three
(3) working days after they are received.
