RE: AUTHORIZING COUNTY TREASURER TO REDUCE TAX SALE
CERTIFICATE NO. 304 FOR 1973 FROM $1045. 14 to $774. 57
WHEREAS, Weld County Treasurer, Francis M. Loustalet,
has requested authorization to cancel County Tax Sale Certi-
ficate No. 304 for the tax year 1973 on improvements only
on railroad right of way in Southwest Quarter (SW4) of Section
21, Township 3 North, Range 68 West, Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board believes it to be in the best
interests of the County to reduce said Tax Sale Certificate
No. 304 as requested by the Weld County Treasurer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that Weld County Treasurer,
Francis M. Loustalet, be and he hereby is authorized to reduce
Tax Sale Certificate No. 304 for the year 1973 from $1045. 14
to $774. 57.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion
duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote this
