RE: ACCEPT REQUEST OF LAKE ARROWHEAD, INC., C/O ELMER LUNDVALL, TO
WITHDRAW APPLICATION FOR A CHANGE OF ZONE, COZ14-0005, FROM THE
A (AGRICULTURE) ZONE DISTRICT TO THE E (ESTATE) ZONE DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on January 14, 2015, the Board received the request to withdraw the
application of Lake Arrowhead, Inc., c/o Elmer Lundvall, P.O. Box 362, Greeley, CO 80632, for
a Change of Zone, COZ14-0005, from the A (Agricultural) Zone District to the E (Estate) Zone
District (in conjunction with RES14-0001) on the following described real estate, to-wit, and:
Tract A, Arrowhead 4th Filing; being part of the
N1/2 of Section 27, Township 5 North, Range 66
West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all of the testimony and
statements of those present, studied the request of the applicant and all of the exhibits and
evidence presented in this matter and, having been fully informed, deems it advisable to grant
the applicant's request and thereby accept the withdrawal of the application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the request of Lake Arrowhead, Inc., c/o Elmer Lundvall to
withdraw the application for a Change of Zone, COZ14-0005, from the A (Agricultural) Zone
District to the E (Estate) Zone District on the parcel of land described above be, and hereby is,
accepted.
