RE: REIMBURSEMENT OF $25, 590. 00 FROM THE COUNTY GENERAL FUND TO
THE PUBLIC WORKS FUND (COUNTY BUILDINGS) AND THE TREASURER'S
AIRPORT FUND.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that at the time the Peterson
Property was purchased for the Weld County Municipal Airport,
$21 , 971. 00 was loaned to the County General Fund from the Public
Works Fund (County Buildings) , and $3, 619 . 00 was loaned from the
Treasurer ' s Airport Fund, for a total amount of $25 , 590 . 00 , and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has directed that
the $25, 590 . 00 which was loaned to the County General Fund from
the Public Works Fund (County Buildings) , and the Treasurer ' s Air-
port Fund, be reimbursed to the Public Works Fund (County Buildings) ,
and the Treasurer' s Airport Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that $21, 971. 00 be, and here-
by is, reimbursed from the General Fund to the Public Works Fund,
(County Buildings) , and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners,
that $3, 619 . 00 be, and hereby is reimbursed from the General Fund
to the Treasurer' s Airport Fund.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 6th day of
July, A.D. , 1977.
