WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, East Greeley Land Company has requested vacation of a portion of outlot "A" of Four-M Scientific Subdivision which overlaps with part of Highland Knolls Subdivision. Said portion of property is more particularly described as follows: That portion of the Four-M Scientific Subdivision, a subdivision of Weld County, Colorado, being a part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 10 , Township 5 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest Corner of said Section 10 and considering the South line of the Southwest Quarter, Southwest Quarter as bearing North 88°08 ' 30 " East, with all other bearings contained herein relative thereto; Thence North 88°08 ' 30 " East, along said South line, 1312. 26 feet to a point; said point being the Southwest Corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 10 ; Thence North 00°23 '00" West, along the West line of the Southeast Quarter, Southwest Quarter of said Section 10 , 50 .02 feet to the True Point of Beginning; Thence North 00°23 '00" West, along said West line, 869 .98 feet; Thence North 89 °18 '00" East, 271.98 feet; Thence South 00°20 '13" East, 864 . 50 feet; Thence South 88°08 ' 30" West, 271. 37 feet to the True Point of Beginning. WHEREAS, at the time of review and subsequent approval of Highland Knolls Subdivision, the overlapping of the two sub- divisions was not noticed, and WHEREAS, approval of said request will provide for a clear title on the abovedescribed property, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado deems it advisable to approve said request.
