Re: Consent to Assignment Letter
Dear Esther Gesick,
Land Energy, Inc. has obtained thirteen(13) Weld County Oil and Gas Leases on behalf of Extraction Oil
and Gas, LLC. Pursuant to Paragraph 9 of the Oil and Gas Leases, Land Energy, Inc. requests the consent of
the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Weld to assign all thirteen (13) leases and all of the
lands covered thereby to Extraction Oil & Gas, LLC. Please find enclosed a check in the amount of
$1,300.00 as fee for your written consent.
Please have the appropriate party execute the Assignment Consent Form in the space provided to indicate the
written approval and consent of the assignment and transfer of the thirteen (13) Oil and Gas Leases. After
executing,please return the executed Assignment Consent Form in the stamped, self-addressed envelope
provided.
