RE: AUTHORIZE CERTAIN WELD COUNTY OFFICIALS TO HAVE ACCESS TO THE
LOCK BOX AT THE WELD COUNTY TREASURER'S VAULT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, certain necessary documents are secured in a Lock Box in the vault of the
Weld County Treasurer's Office and it is necessary for the Board to designate certain County
officers and employees to have access to said Lock Box, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Esther Gesick, Clerk to the Board, Karla Ford, Tisa Juanicorena
and Jennifer Fuller, Deputy Clerks to the Board, and Robert J. Frick, County Attorney, be, and
hereby are designated as the Weld County officials who are to have access to the Lock Box,
secured in the vault of the Weld County Treasurer's Office.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Resolution dated December 1,
2014, designating certain County officers and employees to have access to said lock box be
and hereby is, superseded.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the above officers and employees be,
and hereby are, authorized to have access to the Lock Box secured in the vault of the Weld
County Treasurer's Office, effective January 7, 2015.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 7th day of January, A.D., 2015.
