RE: APPROVE RELEASE OF WEED CONTROL ENFORCEMENT LIENS - FRANK
RAMOS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution #2006-3513, dated December 27, 2006, the Board of County
Commissioners, of Weld County, approved the Certification of a Weed Enforcement Lien against
Frank Ramos, in the amount of $538.98, which was recorded with the Weld County Clerk and
Recorder on January 23, 2007, at Reception No. 3450227, constituting a lien against said
property described as Parcel No. #106135000025, Section 35, Township 4 North, Range 68 West
of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution #2014-3569, dated November 17, 2014, the Board of County
Commissioners, of Weld County, approved an additional Certification of a Weed Enforcement
Lien against Frank Ramos, in the amount of$273.60, which was recorded with the Weld County
Clerk and Recorder on November 20, 2014, at Reception No. 4063103, constituting a lien against
said property described as Parcel No. #106135000025, Section 35, Township 4 North, Range 68
West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the owner(s) of said properties have paid the entire amount of said liens, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to release the above mentioned
liens.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the above referenced Weed Control Enforcement Liens against Frank
Ramos be, and hereby are, declared to be satisfied in full and hereby released from said property.

Release Lien on landowner' s weed control enforcement bills
The landowners listed below have paid their taxes in 2007 and 2015 which included the weed control enforcement
bills that were placed as a lien on their properties. The lien on the following property must be officially released by
the Board of County Commissioners .
