Beginning at a point on the W. line of Sec. 15, T. 6 N., R. 66 W., from
which point the SW corner of Sec. 15 bears 3. 0° 07' E. a distance of 40.0

1. Thence S. 0° 07' E., along the W. line of Sec. 15, a distance of
40.0 feet to the SW corner of Sec. 15;
2. Thence S. 89° 42' E. along the S. line of Sec. 15, a distance
