Bids were received and opened on October 30, 2015 for bid B1500182, Network
Switches. Seven (7) bids were received ranging from $20,535.00 to $23,442.84. Three
(3) bids were disqualified for an incomplete bid or not meeting bid requirements.
Attached is the updated bid tabulation for your information.
The Information Technology staff has reviewed all of the bid responses. Advanced
Network Management, Inc. from Denver, CO proposed the lowest cost solution of
$22,136.00 and meets the needed functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the board award B1500182, Network
Switches, to Advanced Network Management, Inc. for a total amount of$22,136.00.
