Santa Fe, Denver, CO. - Lot 9, Geisert Subdivision The Weld County Planning Commission recommends that this request be approved for the following reasons: 1 . The proposed development complies with the development standards as set forth in the PUD for the Geisert I-UD for Site Plan review. 2. The use complies with uses permitted in the development standards as set forth in the PUD for the Geisert I-UD. 3. Access to the property is approved by the Weld County Engineering Department. The culvert must have a minimum of 12 inches of cover from the top of the culvert to the bottom of the sub-base. 4. Landscaping of the lot complies with the development standards as set forth in the PUD for the Geisert I-UD. 5. The County Engineer has reviewed the drainage plan and determined the plan to be acceptable. It appears that within the next week the developers should finalize these negotiations and be able to provide city sewer and water to subject property. We, the developers, are presently having the engineering done and should proceed within the, next three to four weeks with both the city sewer and water.
