The undersigned certifies the ownership of their decimal interest in production as described above payable by Kerr-McGee
Onshore LP (Payor).
Payor shall be notified, in writing, of any change in ownership, decimal interest, or payment address. All such changes shall be
effective the first day of the month following receipt of such notice.
Payor is authorized to withhold payment pending resolution of a title dispute or adverse claim asserted regarding the interest in
production claimed herein by the undersigned. The undersigned agrees to indemnify and reimburse Payor any amount attributable
to an interest to which the undersigned is not entitled.
Payor may accrue proceeds until the total amount equals$100, or Sept. 30 whichever occurs first, or as required by applicable
state statute.
This Division Order does not amend any lease or operating agreement between the undersigned and the lessee or operator or
any other contracts for the purchase of oil or gas.
In addition to the terms and conditions of this Division Order, the undersigned and Payor may have certain statutory rights under
the laws of the state in which the property is located.

Our attorney said we can go with the title opinion for the two wells above. But we would really appreciate the
information that the Title Opinion Attorney has to show the path or the original lease owners and how it came to us.
That paper trail helps us with our documentation for each lease.
However, I do not have anything for the Lansdown State 29N-21HZ NBRR. Do you have documentation for this one?
Please advise.

SUBJECT: Division Orders — Kerr-McGee Onshore LP
The attached division orders were sent over by Kerr-McGee. There are four of them that
pertain to a lease that was originally to the Lansdown Family. Eileen Hladky was the
successor/family member for this lease. She then did a Quit Claim Deed too Weld County
for a very small piece in 2011.
Kerr-McGee sent us their title opinion to go with each division order. After talking with
Esther Gesick and Bob Frick awhile back about using the original lease and QCD to start
a new oil and gas file, we have made this LE00348. Those are the two documents in the
file folder.
The title opinion states that Weld County only own 26.113070% of the minerals. So below
are the calculations for each of the division orders:

26.113070% x 2.0071 acres /400.315 spacing unit x 12.5% royalty = .01636 Match
