Dear Mr. Ogle:
We, Robert and Karen Nolan, are submitting a request to eliminate the "Building Envelope" on Lot 2
Block 1 of The Home Ranch PUD. The PUD is located in the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter
and part of the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 32, Township 7 North, Range 67
West of the 611 P.M., Weld County Colorado. The parcel is located within the southwest quarter of the
southwest quarter of Section 32,Township 7 North, Range 67 West of the 6"' P.M., Weld County
Colorado.
The "Building Envelope" has been found to conflict with our ability to place the entire residence within
the existing building envelope. The site is zoned PUD-Estate and as such is subject to the Estate Zone
District building setbacks.
We have enclosed a 'reduced' copy of the recorded plat of the subject parcel on which the "Building
Envelope" has been 'highlighted'.
