Be it remembered that on the J `1 day of October, /A. D. ,
1889, the same being one of tne regular days of the October meeting
of the Board of County Comcmissicners of the County of Weld, In the
Ste.te of Coloredo, which regular meeting was duly convened upon
Monday, the 7th day of October' A. D. , 1889, and duly adjourr.cid from

upon tee miruter of the prcceedings of said board, that is to say:

adopted: -
WHEREAS, Section 2477 of the Revised Statutes of the United States
provides:
'The right of way for tine construction of highways over public
lands not reserved for public uses, is hereby granted. '
AND WHEREAS, by virtue of an Act of to General Assembly of tne
State of Cclorado, entitled:
'An Act to Ar. nd Section 4 of Chapter 9 of the General Statutes of
the Sate of Colorado, entitled ••Hoacs and Highways '; approved April
7, 189t, it is provided:
"she Coas.1ssior:ers cf :he County may, at any regular meeting by an
ordr of the Board declare any section or township line on the public
domain, e public hignwRy, ane en An c' after 'he date of sucl, orer, it
shall b attested by the Clerk, under the sell of the County, aed re-
corded to the office of ne Recorder of Deeds. Tee road so laid out
shall be a public highway. "
AND WHEREAS, the public interests require that tnere be a public
hignwaysc•n all section and township lines on the United States public
domain, within tne limits of the County of Weld,
IT IS hihEBY ORDH1u, by the Board of County Commissioners of the
County of weld toot all section and township lines on tne public do-
mein of the United states, within Lee County of Weld and State of
Colorado, to wit: 'in Townships 7, 8, 9, 10, an.I 11, North, in h.aag)s
, ti, 2, E2, and OG, Wes , of toe Si xtn Principal Meridian;

Townships 1, 2, 3, 4, F, 7, 8, 9, 1C, and 11, North, In Ranges 61 ,
52, ^3, 64, ^F , 6 , and 67, vlest of the sixth Principal Meridian,
and Townships 1 , 2, 3, and a, North, In Range 88, West of the Sixth
Principal Meridian, and in Sections IP to 36, inclusive, in Township
12, North, In Ranges ee to e7, inclusive, west of tne Six•th Principal
Meridian, be and the same hereby are declared to be ire centre of pub-
lic highways or Ccanty roads , which said roads snail be end lereby
are declared to be roads e0 feet wide. . being 30 feet on each side of
said Section and Township lines .
And be it further Ordered teat a duly certified transcript of the

Weld, shall be forthwith prepared and recorded in the office of the
County Clerk and Recorder of deeds , of weld County; Colorado
And be it further ordered that the County Clerk and Recorder of
Weld Count;;., Colorado, be and he is hereby instructed, wean said cer-
tified order is 30 recorded, to prepare three certified transcripts
of such recorded order, one of which transcripts snall be mailed by
him, by registered letter, to the Honorable Ur.i ted States Surveyor
General for the State of Colorado; another to the Honorable Register
end Receiver of the Land Office eet Denver, Colorado, and enotner to
.ne Honorable Commissioner of the General Land Office, at Washington
D. C. , and that said County Clerk and Recorder shall make report of his
acts and doings hereunder, to the next meeting of this board. 'f
